DEMAND 'YES' OR 'NO' ON PEDOPHILE-PROTECTING HATE
BILL!

Last week, Rep. Louis Gohmert was outraged with House Judiciary
Democrats because of their refusal to exclude pedophiles from special
protection under the pending federal hate crimes bill, HR 1913. He
said this meant if a parent physically defended their child from attempted
rape by a pedophile, that pedophile could have the parent arrested
for “bias-motivated assault”—a federal hate crime!
If HR 1913 becomes law, inclusion of pedophiles under its special rights and
protections means a homosexual pedophile has preferential rights to police and
legal services over you. They become members of a specially protected species
within their “sexual orientation.” Law enforcement and the
judicial system will become especially inclined to come to the homosexual pedophile's
defense and punish those who might threaten him.
Several years ago, in an Oregon public high school, a teen boy came to school
in a dress, lipstick, and a wig, daring school authorities to “discriminate” against
his “sexual orientation.” Many of his male peers were angry as he
clattered to and from classes in his high heels. Even without a federal hate
law, he already enjoyed protected status; Oregon’s anti-intimidation hate
law triples the penalties for any student who might lay a hand on him.
He knew if anyone even shoved him, his cry of “Hate crime!” would
bring police and the local DA running. He was part of an elite, protected group
under Oregon law, and he knew it. If anyone got physical with him, as teen athlete
Brett Van Asdlen did last summer (pushing back an accosting homosexual), it could
mean a Class 4 felony for his assailant and three years in prison. (See, Illinois

Of course, there were also many members of another class on campus, historic
victims of bias who have been pushed, shoved, derided—small boys.
What happens if a small boy is derided with the epithet “Runt!” and
beaten up? I saw that happen a number of times in my years of public school.
If the beating is especially severe, police, rather than school officials, may
intervene—after they have investigated a local shoplifting. His
teenage assailant might be expelled from school or even given community service.
But clearly, the small boy’s rights, feelings and safety are of much less
concern to local authorities than the transvestite’s.
Such discrimination in favor of homosexuals, including gay pedophiles, will vastly
heighten if special protections are enshrined in federal law.
How You Could Become a Hate Criminal
Getting back to Gohmert’s example: Your 6-year-old son is missing.
A child tells you he saw him with a teenage neighbor suspected to be
homosexual. Walking toward the neighbor’s home, you look in the
window and see your son and the youth. He has already pulled down your
son’s pants. You storm into the house and send the pedophile
sprawling, cutting his forehead on a shelf. He dials 911 screaming, “Hate
crime!” Police arrive almost immediately. Bloody and weeping
hysterically, the molester and his homosexual roommate claim that you
and your child knocked on the door, saw them kissing, and violently
attacked him. Your child, in shock, can say nothing. The police believe
their story. The local DA, pressured to increase the number of hate
crime convictions in the county (as was the case with Brett VanAsdlen),
arrests you for “bias-motivated assault,” a hate crime
under both state and federal jurisdiction. They both mandate triple
penalties. You now face the charge of a violent hate crime with a possible
sentence of up to three years from your state, ten years under HR 1913, if it
becomes law in Congress during the next weeks.
This is the dark scenario which Rep. Gohmert prophesied to the House Judiciary
Committee last week. This will face any parent who physically defends his child
from a homosexual pedophile. This is the pro-pedophile tyranny liberals want
to impose on you—and will if you are not angry enough to speak
out loudly now.
Maybe you have already called members of Congress, encouraging them to support
Rep. King’s amendment requiring a clear exclusion of pedophiles in HR
1913 and to not vote for the hate bill. If so, it’s time to do more.
Call both Senators from your state and the House member
from your district. Then
call House Representatives from other districts in your state, primarily
Democrats. Finally, if you want to do even more, expand to Representatives

Demand a clear “yes” or “no” answer from their staff.
Ask, “The hate bill HR 1913 does not exclude gay pedophiles from special
protection. Are you going to vote for it?"
If that office will not give you an answer, tell them you will be watching
the vote. If they affirm support for the pro-pedophile hate bill, tell them: "I
will remember this Congressman and not vote for them in the next election.
Also, I will do everything in my power to make sure they never return to Congress!"
Turn Up the Heat!
By forcing the issue of whether members of Congress support a pedophile-protecting
bill, YOU are helping make the hate bill a red-hot political issue.
This, in itself, is enough to cause many Democrats and pro-hate bill
Republicans to back away.
How hot this issue becomes depends on you. As you may have noticed, the
establishment media, both print and TV, have almost entirely blacked out mention
of the hate bill’s passage through Judiciary and forward to a vote in
the House this week. They don’t want this issue even discussed. Rather,
the liberal media is counting on Democrats to quietly pass the hate bill by
voting the party line.
We can’t greatly influence the media, but every American who has a telephone
can powerfully help fragment and disorient the pro-hate bill forces in Congress.
For purposes of saving free speech right now, the telephone, used by enough
people, is more powerful than a nuclear warhead!
