HOMOSEXUALS RALLY BEHIND
LADY GAGA FOR DADT REPEAL
By Rev. Ted Pike
20 Sep 10
Pop star Lady Gaga, in a Youtube video with over 1.5 million viewings,
is leading a surprise, last-minute phoning campaign to pass repeal
of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," legislation permitting free exercise
of homosexuality in the military. Senate Republicans, led by Sen. John
McCain, claim they have the 41 votes necessary to filibuster the repeal
effort. A vote is scheduled tomorrow, Tuesday, September 21, at 2:15
p.m. EDT.
It’s time to call again to your Senators with this message: "Please
do NOT vote for repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." If the
Senator does vote for DADT, we will do our best to vote out Democrats
in November."
Call toll free 1-877-851-6437 or toll 1-202-225-3121.
Lady Gaga and the homosexuals especially want to persuade Republican
Senators Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins, both of Maine, to desert
the Republicans. It is crucial you also call their offices, counterbalancing
what the gay lobby claims is an avalanche of pressure upon these two
liberals.
The capitol switchboard may be busy. Try calling their office
numbers.
