HATE BILL HOLDS AMERICA HOSTAGE

For six months (until April 2006), the Senate inexplicably delayed
passage of the Children’s Safety Act, a bill created by conservative
Republicans to protect America’s children from pedophiles.
Concerned leaders including Kathy Lee Gifford, John Walsh and Bill
O’Reilly grew impatient and perplexed. Why wasn’t Majority
Leader Bill Frist, a passionate supporter of the bill, moving it
forward to easy passage in the Senate? Heated criticism of Frist
mounted.
Virtually
no one knew that Sen. Edward Kennedy was blocking Frist. Kennedy
wanted to attach his hate bill, S. 1145, to this very popular child-protecting
legislation. Frist delayed in order to deny him the chance. (See, How

Finally,
I sent out an e-alert informing the nation and media that the Children’s
Safety Act was held back for one reason: Kennedy wanted his pro-homosexual
hate bill attached as a rider. Kennedy was depriving America’s
children of protection from pedophiles in order to provide homosexuals
and transvestites special federal protection.
The
day after I sent out my alert, all hell broke loose from FOX News.
O’Reilly repeatedly vilified Kennedy on national television
for preferring passage of his hate bill over the safety of America’s
children. A national uproar ensued with over 12,000 angry calls besieging
Kennedy’s office. Overwhelmed, Kennedy backed down, abandoning
the hate bill and allowing the Children’s Safety Act to quickly
pass.
Kennedy
relented, but has he repented of putting the hate bill before the
wellbeing of the American people?
Kennedy: Underhanded Tactics
Right
now, Kennedy, along with Sen. Gordon Smith, is again attempting to
attach the hate bill as a rider to a piece of large, sure-to-pass
legislation. This time, it’s the Defense Authorization bill
H.R. 1585.
I
disapprove of the Iraq War but strongly endorse rapid passage of
this arms bill so that American troops are provided with the best
protections necessary to keep them safe and bring them home soon.
Kennedy’s
rider ( S.A. 2067), if approved by the Senate, inserts a glaringly
unnecessary bone of contention into the swift passage of the arms
bill. The arms bill can’t be passed without also passing the
hate bill amendment. With the President adamantly opposed to the
hate bill, having indicated he will veto it, a conflict is created
by Kennedy that could significantly slow passage of the arms bill.
If
Kennedy were honorable, he would not hold American military families,
soldiers, Congress and the President hostage to his demand for hate
bill passage. He would not submit the hate bill as an inconspicuous
rider. Instead, he would attempt to pass it on its own terms,
as the House did in May, exposed to the light of day and public review,
warts, wrinkles and all. But that could well mean defeat in the Senate.
Those
who created the hate bill, the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai
B’rith, never designed it to withstand such scrutiny. As stealth
legislation, it was crafted to slip through Congress quietly or be
bullied through quickly, as happened earlier in the House.
The
fact that Kennedy must again resort to underhanded methods and national
blackmail is evidence the Senate hate bill has a much weaker chance
of passage than in the House. Such weakness is the result of months
of protest by the American people.
Hate Bill: A Recurrent Threat
What’s
to be done about a senator who held America’s children hostage
to his hate bill last winter and is doing the same to the American
people today?
Realize
that Kennedy (his closet overflowing with skeletons) is but a lackey
for the Anti-Defamation League, the “civil liberties” front
for B’nai B’rith International. B’nai B’rith
is an enormous Jewish activist organization with a half million members
and presence in 56 nations. As the official voice of “organized
world Jewry,” B’nai B’rith is vehemently anti-Christian.
It masterminded the hate laws that govern Canada , most European
countries, Australia, and New Zealand . Over the past 5 years, ADL
and B’nai B’rith have created a 56-nation hate crimes
gestapo in Europe, the Organization for Security and Cooperation
in Europe. OSCE is dedicated to persecuting “homophobic” Christians
and ending free speech everywhere -- from the street corner to the
pulpit to the internet. (See, Global

Kennedy
is but a symptom of a much greater malignancy -- a force so powerful
that Christian/conservative leaders, even as they oppose the hate
bill, dare never mention it. They live in terror of being tarred “anti-Semitic” by
ADL and having their ministries destroyed.
Removing
Kennedy at the next election would be wonderful. But ADL would just
move forward other advocates for their hate crimes agenda in Congress.
If
conservative leaders want a solution to the recurrent hate bill threat,
they are going to have to face the fact that the paper and legislative
trails lead unerringly back to a hate laws conspiracy within organized
world Jewry. Hate crimes legislation has been created by ADL/B’nai
B’rith
not because they have empathy for the plight of homosexuals or are
passionate about ending violent hate crimes in the states. Rather,
it's because they have the bitterest, millenniums-old grudge against
the Founder of Christianity, Jesus Christ, and have found in hate
laws a way to persecute His followers. (See, Christians
