TOTAL EMERGENCY ALERT! ! !
HATE BILL COULD PASS ON WEDNESDAY!
By Rev. Ted Pike
16 June 09
On Monday morning, homosexual online newspaper Washington Blade (June 15, 2009) said Sen. Kennedy's hate crimes amendment would go before the Senate for vote by Tuesday or Wednesday. It would be attached to S. 1023, the Travel Promotion Act, a bill geared to establishing a national travel promotion program.
But today, according to Sen. Kennedy's legislative authority, Senate Majority Leader Reid, in a press conference Monday afternoon said Democrats have abandoned S. 1023 as a proper vehicle to carry Kennedy's amendment.
Does this mean the hate amendment could not be passed by Wednesday? Absolutely not. By now, Kennedy could already have found his substitute, more relevant host legislation. He could move that the hate bill be attached to it tomorrow or sometime this week. The amendment could be passed very soon unless the Senate is immediately flooded with protest calls! Call your Senators as well as all members of
the U.S. Senate (names

or toll 1-202-225-3121.
Tell Senators: "I protest Sen. Kennedy's high-handed attempt to
pass the hate crimes bill without hearings in the Senate Judiciary
Committee. If the Senator votes for this pedophile-protecting bill, I and
my friends will never forgive or forget!"
Let the Anti-Defamation League teach you how they have saddled 45 states with
hate laws capable of persecuting Christians, and spearhead attempts to pass the
federal hate crimes bill: http://www.adl.org/99hatecrime/intro.asp.
