JUDICIARY COULD VOTE ON HATE BILL TUESDAY!

Sen. Edward Kennedy's spokesman told me this morning that
the Senate Judiciary Committee could vote tomorrow, May 5, on whether
to fast-forward Kennedy's hate crimes bill, S.909, to the floor of
the Senate for a vote, or hold hearings.
It is vital that YOU continue to demand hearings on this extremely
dangerous, freedom-destroying legislation! Expert witnesses must
be summoned from across the country. Republican Senators must be
allowed to present objections and amendments.
The hate bill must be slowed down so the controversy over this
pedophile-protecting legislation is allowed to approach the magnitude
of the IRS "tea party" protests several weeks ago.
Call all members of the Senate, including those on the Judiciary
Committee, demanding hearings; names available on Truthtellers.org's
Action Page. If all Senators are aware of the demand for hearings
and yet Judiciary refuses to hold them, it will seriously damage
the credibility of the hate bill. Some Senators will think, "If
the hate bill is so shaky it can't withstand review, maybe I shouldn't
vote for it."

dangerous, pedophile-protecting hate bill, S. 909."
Our chances of defeating the hate bill are much, much greater in
the Senate than in the House. But we need time. Only God and the
voice of the people can restrain the hate bill from rushing forward
to a probable victory in the Senate, as happened in the House last
week.
God will do His part in delivering from the hate bill, as He has
over the past 10 years.
