PIKE, EVANGELICAL LEADERS PLOT HATE BILL STRATEGY

On April 9, homosexual Rep. Barney Frank predicted that federal
hate crime bill HR 1913 would be passed by the House of Representatives
by Thursday, April 30. With this threat in mind, talk show host
and Christian leader Dr. Wiley Drake asked me to co-host an emergency
panel discussion to find an 11th hour strategy for victory. He has
invited an impressive, on-air panel of evangelical lawyers, Ph.D.'s
and pastors to participate. The public is invited to call with
comments or suggestions. Guests may include Dr. Gary Cass, head
of the Christian Anti-Defamation Commission; Alan Keyes, Presidential
candidate; Janet Porter, Faith2Action; Tom Hoefling, America's Independent
Party; Roger Anges, American Intel Briefing; and many others.

I will emphasize three things:
- First, all leaders must use their influence to blanket Congress
with protest of the hate bill, particularly because it does
not exclude homosexual pedophiles from special federal protection.
All must demand of members of Congress whether they support a hate
bill that protects pedophiles. If they do, constituents must promise
to never vote for them again. Non-constituents must promise
to do their best through whatever means (talk shows, internet, etc.)
to end that politician's career.
- Second, all leaders should use their influence to encourage churches
to immediately assemble phone banks of parishioners calling against
the hate bill and criticizing its pro-pedophile provisions. Even
before the symposium, pastors should emergency call all available
members to bring their cell phones and gather at the church, calling
every day all week.
- Third, all leaders must encourage fasting and prayer against the
hate bill nationwide. Political action alone will not
save us, but God will have mercy on America if even a small
minority of repentant Americans cry out to Him. He will cause
confusion in the hate bill ranks, as He has done repeatedly before.
